Red Beet Microgreens

Instructions:

1. Place 2 TBSP of seed on a fine mesh tray, or on a soaked sprout grow mat on a microgreen sprouting tray.

2. Mist seed with a spray bottle. Cover with tray dome lid, if applicable

3. Mist daily until sprouts reach desired height, about 2”, about 10 days.

4. Store full-grown sprouts in a sealed container and refrigerate for freshness.
