Flatbread Arugula Pizza
If you are looking for a fresh appetizer with some serious pizazz and great aesthetic appeal, look no further than this Arugula Brie Pizza. Simple to prepare after a busy workday, this is the perfect dish for easy entertaining.
Arugula microgreens may be small, but pack an enormous kick so can be used without the arugula full-grown greens. Serve with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon or Pinot Noir. Bon appetit!
Recipe
Butter
Garlic salt
1 flatbread or small pizza crust
4 slices of ham, turkey, or prosciutto
4 grape tomatoes
Brie cheese (or other cheese you may have available)
Arugula microgreens, as desired
Butter the flatbread and dust with garlic salt. Layer with your choice of meat. Top with cheese, sliced tomatoes, and some arugula. Grill until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with remaining arugula. Serve immediately and enjoy!
